      Pros

      - Lot of service lines and SMEs with opportunities to learn multiple compliance standards - Lot of autonomy to do your work, depending on your manager - Great Benefits

      Cons

      - Sometimes leadership cares more about tracking metrics for profitability which can put burdensome admin tasks on managers and staff - You can feel the squeeze of being owned by a PE firm, shareholder value is clearly the top priority - Leadership continues to be a little tone deaf with certain process and system changes during busy season and with little thought on how it impacts service delivery or if its actually more beneficial for ISD and tracking metrics rather than actually helpful for the people using the tool

      Pros

      Provide ample PTO to employees, great healthcare, 401k match is one of the best in the industry, and overall the people I've met have been very helpful and understanding as I get acclimated to my role.

      Cons

      Nothing major to note here, the company has had some changes internally to improve efficiencies which can cause some growing pains but these have been communicated and are made known to employees ahead of time, so there are no surprises.
