I've been with the company for two years and couldn't be happier. I have the most amazing boss; leadership all around is incredibly supportive, and I truly feel valued here. The benefits are generous, the PTO is fantastic, and the company goes above and beyond to invest in its people. I just returned from our corporate trip and it was an unforgettable experience that really showcased how much the company cares about team connection and culture. Grateful to be part of such a thoughtful and rewarding workplace!

Pros

Schellman truly lives up to its core value of putting people first. Leadership is not only accessible but genuinely invested in each employees success and well-being. The culture is supportive, collaborative, and built on trust, something you don't find everywhere. One of the standout perks is our annual all-expense paid corporate retreat. We just returned from an unforgettable trip to Mexico, and it was hands down the best one yet. These events are more than just a getaway, they reinforce our values, build stronger connections across teams, and remind us why we love working here.

Cons

The only downside has been the rising cost of health insurance for employees. While it's understandable that rates go up, it's still disappointing to see those costs passed on without improvement in coverage.

This company truly values its employees. I’ve had the opportunity to support multiple C-suite leaders, manage cross-functional projects, and contribute beyond traditional administrative tasks. What sets this company apart is the work-life balance—while the job is demanding at times, leadership is very respectful of boundaries and encourages taking time when needed. I feel trusted to manage my schedule, which makes a big difference in preventing burnout. The culture is collaborative, growth-oriented, and supportive.

Cons

Like with most companies, there are moments of high pressure and tight deadlines, but strong organization and communication help manage it well.
