Pros

This is a very high performing organization that values team members that go above and beyond. I feel surrounded by some of the smartest minds in the industry. I couldn't feel more proud to be a part of what we are building and for the company that has provided me these exciting opportunities.

Cons

I dont see it as a con, but it is definitely an organization where you need to show up to work (which I actually view is a good thing).

Pros

- The people-first culture is real—feedback is valued and often leads to tangible improvements across the board - There’s always room to grow here, with plenty of training and support to help you develop professionally no matter your level - Remote work is incredibly flexible, and the company-wide time off around holidays really helps with work-life balance - You have direct access to leadership, including regular updates from the CEO, which keeps you informed and makes you feel connected to the bigger picture - The benefits are excellent—10% 401k match, flexible schedules, and even annual company trips. They really invest in their people

Cons

- The pace can get intense, especially during busy seasons, which can be a challenge if you're not used to a fast-moving environment - The work can feel complex and overwhelming at first, particularly for those new to the industry, though support is always there - Remote work is fantastic, but it can sometimes make it harder to build in-person connections with colleagues - High expectations come with the territory (Quality, Above All) — if you're not comfortable or used to pushing yourself, it can feel like a lot at times
