      Pros

      - Great work life balance (most associate-level employees work 40 hours) - Management cares about your feedback and actually implements it -Emphasis on continuing education through certifications (average employee has multiple certifications) - Family benefits are fantastic (Maternity and Paternity leave, Adoption, etc.)

      Cons

      There has not been a lot of mobility between the different service lines, but management has been making strides the past year to cross-train people (i.e. SOC service line members being trained in the ISO service line)

      The focus on growth is clear, but we're continuing to keep an eye on burnout and staffing projects accurately to ensure the quality of deliverables remains high.

      I'd like to see us move faster regarding on-boarding new technology to help us do our jobs more efficiently.
