      Excellent pay + benefits package Work from home Excellent room for growth personally Company has sustainable growth Transparent across all levels of management -- there are very few "unaskable" questions

      Bonuses lower than anticipated Grindy, competitive culture (but VERY rarely do I exceed 40hrs a week)
