Unparalleled benefits: - 3 weeks of PTO (4 after 5 years of service), 2 week shut down end of the year - quarterly bonuses - monthly tech reimbursement - annual company trip for employee and a +1 - travel bonuses, per diem, no travel on Sunday/Friday or you get a $500 bonus - fully paid for insurance for employee - 10% 401k match - tuition reimbursement and company paid certifications - gifts over the holidays - $500 reimbursement for tax preparation Amazing leadership. You are heard and have direct access to submit feedback to CEO, COO, and leadership. Company growing fast and with that comes many exciting opportunities. If you’re excited about something/a service line/opportunity, you can pave your own path! You work with the sharpest minds in this field.

Cons

Not a lot I can think of besides the manager workload is considerable and it can sometimes be a challenge to keep up. All worth it considering how great Schellman is.

This is an area the executive team has discussed, and we received some great ideas from the managers on ways we can improve in this area.
