      Pros

      At Schellman, we work with some of the brightest minds in the industry and I continue to learn in every role I am in. I respect and enjoy working with everyone on my team. I never get bored because as team members we are encouraged to be involved in the Firm and new business. Additionally, the Firm supports obtaining and maintaining industry relevant certifications and licenses.

      Cons

      None that come to mind. I wouldn't be here for so long if I didn't enjoy it thoroughly.

      Pros

      - You take ownership of each engagement at the Senior level. - Get exposure to a wide array of clients (large orgs to start-ups) - Pay and benefits are outstanding - the best I've seen in the industry - Flexibility with moving to another city - Employees are hungry and take pride in the firm

      Cons

      - Faster paced engagements - All remote or client work (not as much in person team interaction), however, teammates/managers are still widely available online.
