Pros

The firm is committed to making this a great place to work - from continuing to add distinctive employee benefits to a competitive total compensation package. Work/life balance is also important to everyone, from leadership on down.

Cons

Travel can be a con (or a pro), depending on the individual.

Pros

Exciting projects. Great benefits. No top-down "controlling" management. No matter what role you have, you truly feel valued at Schellman. From meeting the leadership team to the day-to-day interactions with teammates, I feel like I am apart of a large family. I wake up each morning excited to continue my journey at Schellman. In the famous words of Simon Sinek, "returning from work feeling inspired, safe, fulfilled and grateful is a natural human right to which we are all entitled and not a modern luxury that only a few lucky ones are able to find." At Schellman, you wake up each day with this luxury.

Pros

This company offers some of the best benefits and pays more than any other company I have applied to or received an offer from. They pay for a company trip every year for you and a plus 1. The plus 1 can be your spouse, significant other, or just a friend. The culture is very warm and supportive as well. The encourage obtaining new certifications and pay for several training camps a year. They also have 4 quarterly bonuses that are very high.

Cons

Some of the niche service lines at the company have very low turnover which means it can be difficult to get promoted, but the pay makes up for this. Working from home may not be for everyone.
