The past two years have flown by! So much has changed for me personally, and I'm thankful to have a company/ management that cares. Even though, there are parts of my position that are a bit redundant, I feel it is well balanced with the unknowns. I can still see myself here for years to come, hopefully earn that 10 year Rolex!

The overall compensation and benefits are the best in the market by far, but the most important differentiator between Schellman and its competitors is the principals and management. The leadership at Schellman truly values, respects, and listens to each employee, and they put the learning and growth of each employee at a top priority. You will NOT be micro-managed—on the contrary, you will be given the tools and encouraged to further your professional growth through certification training and testing. Employees are valued and supported on both a professional and personal level. The quality and quantity of benefits and fringe benefits illustrate how important each employee is at Schellman. It is a fast-paced environment, but you will be working with the most incredible minds in the industry that put an enormous focus on making processes and work life the best that they can possibly be. The leadership at Schellman are made up of some of the most incredible people I know both on a personal and professional level. Every member of leadership and management is extremely honest, humble, genuine, supportive and passionate. The vision and direction of Schellman can be defined by the incredible growth, retention rate of employees and employee sentiment. I can’t imagine working anywhere else. Working at Schellman is and has been a huge honor.
