Schellman puts their people first, has a warm and inviting culture and promotes professional development. Leadership encourages employees to have a healthy work-life balance and management enables it. Work is challenging and rewarding with frequent opportunities to contribute to the team. Benefits are great (check them out on Schellman's website) and Schellman continues to add to and enhance them.

Cons

The workload can be intense, but support is always there and hard work is recognized and rewarded.

Pros

Company compensation and benefits package are the best I have seen in this space. Leadership transparency, company culture and team collaboration make productive and knowledge sharing easy. Technology package provided to staff facilitates easy use and when problems arise IT support team responds quickly. Leadership shares company vision with the entire company. Promotion to managers happen within the company and is truly merit based, time in position does not apply. Company also does not have a move up or get out policy - if you want to stay in the weeds you can and will continue to receive annual pay raises and be able to participate in quarterly bonus structure.
