Pros

The benefits and work life balance are good. Schellman gives their employees great PTO benefits in addition to a paid week in July and 2 weeks in December. The 401k match is great.

Great place to work in the field of IT audit, plenty of opportunities to learn and further your career, many different paths are offered with options for advancement. Managers are extremely supportive and truly care about development of their people.

Cons

Don't have much to say here, I truly enjoy working here. With any job in the modern landscape there is change that can be difficult at times which seems to be inline with industry trends.
