Pros

I came to Schellman after working at a few other CPA firms, and I can say this is by far the best place to work. People are all ex-big four without the ego. Everyone is smart and hard working and looking to improve themselves. The clients relationship is so much better and respectful. The perks are amazing and real, everything that Schellman advertises is "as-advertised." Amazing 401k plan!

Cons

Schellman's vacation policy is alright (3 weeks at your discretion, and two weeks closed for the holidays), but I have worked at other companies that have more. It would be great if we could have more time off we decide.
