Competitive benefits, ample time away from work and work/life balance opportunities, strong female presence in leadership team, accessible ELT

Cons

It can be difficult for auditors to use all of their PTO, especially during busy season. Many policies and processes are constantly evolving and information lives in various places/platforms and can be difficult to find/manage

Pros

Walk the walk and talk the talk re: culture. Leadership truly cares about their employees and want to see them succeed, as well as the company as a business. Great benefits - never seen a 10% 401k match anywhere else

Cons

We do like to chase The Next Thing which can lead to some adjustments/growing pains, but as a mid-size company focused on growth/development and quality, that is to be expected.
