      close knit team, mostly long tenured employees, interesting work

      both a pro and con is long tenured employees which can result in group-think and not being open to new and different ways of doing things

      Pros

      The people are great and there's a lot of interesting projects being worked on throughout the company. Utilization/billable % is not prioritized, they allow for a lot of training opportunities. The ESOP is really nice. Room for growth in the company if you want it.

      Cons

      Insurance isn't great if you have medical issues or a family. High deductible plan. Not a lot of diversity, but they say they are working on that. Each office has such a different vibe that it doesn't really seem like one company, but it doesn't effect daily work. For some people that might not be a problem at all.
