Pros
Great company to start my career. I learned a lot and got in the field as much as I wanted. The company really values hard work and growth opportunities are available for those who show initiative.
Cons
Pay could be a little better. They try to make up for it with the best ESOP I’ve seen which is better than a 401k match, but I think base pay is still important.

Pros
A variety of interesting projects and clients that grant an increasingly broad range of experiences. Opportunity for Career advancement if you have the drive to pursue it. While still tracked, 100% billable/utilization is not an expectation of employment. Non-billable professional development and continued education is supported. Decent benefits, ESOP, HSA, 401k, bonus program, starting 15 days PTO, 20 days of PTO after 5 years. A generally supportive and friendly culture, direct supervisors and team leaders don't see employees as just a number or field staff as just a set of eyes.
Cons
Especially during busy periods you may find yourself doing the same thing tasks over and over for different projects. This can potentially cause career stagnation. The HSA is the only thing that make the actual health insurance plan bearable. Very high premiums for plans that still have high deductibles. Lack of day to day communication from office management. Fire-drill projects can come as a total shock to lower level staff because of poor communication. Proactive career guidance is totally absent in a lot of cases, new hires are generally left to find their own way. Corporate staff particularly HR appears overwhelmed by the companies growth.
