      Easier to work with to find a schedule that fits you.

      Cons

      Pay could be better. Higher ups are also constantly going back and forth with whether they want to offer remote work or not. They’ll offer work from home and then a year later make everyone come back in office until too many people quit then they offer it again.

      No touch freight ,easy routes and great maintenance accessibility

      Terrible pay you need to pull an 70 hour shift and at least 20 loads a week to see over $1200 also there’s a extremely high turnover rate

      The pay was decent and steady

      Cons

      The account management team especially in Chicago downtown office are filled with drama. It affected my overall mental and emotional health. They spread false rumors and were treating me different once they found out about my Hispanic background.
