      Pros

      Good benefits, able to move around and up within the company, profit sharing, flexible time off

      Cons

      There is a lot of politics within the leadership group, and quick turnover between roles in leadership allows for too many new initiatives without seeing through those of the incumbent, slowing down productivity to achieving some corporate objectives.

      Pretty good facilities Good home time

      Cons

      When your otr you will sit 2-3 days at a time. They try to micro-manage every thing the driver does, it is like a prison. It is kind of a cut throat atmosphere. Some drivers intend on getting other drivers fired just so it'll be one less driver to worry about as far as getting a load. Pay is not what they guaranteed. As a first year driver you'll be lucky to make 20k a year.
