      Pros

      Laid back atmosphere, good people, and most management is helpful. Management does not micro manage you if you do your job and your reliable.

      Cons

      Low pay, tough to move up due to tenured employees. You may need to relocate to Green Bay to advance, so you better enjoy cold nasty weather most of the year.

      Home time and that's it,they well send you home 95% on time

      Cons

      Very long work houre,they run a lot north east ,they well run you through new york city ,pay zip code 2 zip code ,very low pay ,the best pay check I bring home were 480$ driving 5/2 ,a lot of short haul when you are in North east...there trucks are alright ,dispatch Allright ,it's just a company 2 start with nothing more....get 3\6 month experience and run away ....there is a lot a lot of company will pay way much better ...
