      you gain alot of experience,the people are friendly and make you very comfortable,they have oc every where which gives you a piece of mind.

      Cons

      pay could be better for all the time your away from home and all the miles your putting in, sometimes it makes you feel like its not worth.

      Pros

      Going back. Family illness caused me to stay home. They treated right and was happy to have me back. I'm still new mostly tanker experience but going van at the start of the year. 2016. Training is top notch. Attitude is everything

      None they have many issues to deal with its not always about you

      Pros

      Mostly good equipment, once they get you into it. Good benefits for solo and family. Fuel card. Plenty of options to move into as a driver.

      Cons

      You are just a number. Your DBL usually has no driving experience. You are not paid for time spent getting PM or maintenance. Governed at 60 mph. Smart cruise control is not smart. And doesn't work half the time. On Guard auto braking system brakes for cars in other lanes, cars parked on shoulder, bridges and, sometimes, nothing at all.
