We care for each and every one of our drivers and work hard to make the driver experience better so we appreciate your feedback. And we are sorry you had a bad experience with your dispatcher. Truck driving can be hard and it isn't for everyone. Take care.

Pros

The insurance is ok but expensive

Cons

Constantly trying to screw you out of money and forcing you to work free overtime. Pay is extremely low for risking your life in a truck.

We're sorry you feel that way and for your experience with us. With acquisitions, there are inevitably some changes and we work hard on a weekly basis to make sure all driver pay is competitive in the marketplace. Integrity is one of our core values and always want to work with drivers who have concerns like yours. We appreciate your feedback to help make us better.

Pros

Decent money, plenty of accounts to choose from, decent equipment (relatively new) company card for fuel/scales,

Cons

All automatic trucks, idle shut down based on temperature is not accurate 8 degrees out but truck read 23 and shut off, some maintenance practices are damaging to equipment (not fixing some things unless they absolutely have to, won’t fix at first signs of issues) won’t allow PC miles or split berth logging, cheap about layover/detention/breakdown pay, gps routing based on saving money not safety or time management, big differences between actual mileage and paid mileage, governed at 63mph

Thanks for the review. Schneider currently has a huge initiative to make the driver experience better and we are purchasing new trucks that come equipped with APUs, fridges and memory foam mattresses. All trucks have bunk heaters to keep you warm in the winter. We review driver pay on a weekly basis and look at the overall compensation and to how best deliver your W2 dollars, regardless of the mileage pay method. Take care and drive safe.
