Home nightly...barely! Newer automatic International trucks.

Cons

12-14 hour work days @ $180/day...do the math, incompetent management.

Worst job ever

Good equipment Good driver support Friendly people

Cons

Totally disorganized. Will make you wait 10 hours for a load and Aunt offer detainment pay. Claim safety is key, but make your drive in unsafe conditions Facilities (some) are disgusting. Pay is by far let in industry, despite what the "Social Media" robot says. No paid holidays ( unless you want to work for 6 days over Christmas for $120!!! Driver turnover is 100% or more.. Miles are inconsistent. No per diem pay Etc, etc, etc

We're sorry you didn't have the best experience but are happy you enjoyed friendly people, good driver support and good equipment. Safety is our core value and we will never make you drive in unsafe conditions. Drivers have stop authority if they ever feel unsafe driving. For driver pay, we have made big updates to driver pay and have a team that reviews pay weekly to make sure it's competitive in the marketplace. Thanks for the feedback and take care.
