      Pros

      Good pay and not much else. Dispatch is lack luster and employees not treated well. Youi can get away with anything because they are afraid to fire people because they can't find enough warm bodies to fill the seats.

      Cons

      As with other trucking companies there is no work life balance. Your expected to work 12 - 14 hours every day even as a local driver. The benefits are few and not the greatest.

      Pros

      They hire brand new drivers and train them.

      Cons

      They have trucks that can run 65 but you can only do 62. If you run over 62 for to long they will not pay you a bonus. If you run late you. Lose your bonus. Catch 22 system if you dedicated in heavy traffic. In 4 months only got bonus 1 time. They you like dirt. Pay is low and you will work alo 14. Hrs everyday 600 a week take home if you are lucky with out bonus pay. Skip this job and save a headache.
