      Pros

      Career advancement opportunities are plentiful. Management strives to make sure that all employees create a personal growth plan of expectations of your self as well as where you would like to see yourself in the future.

      Cons

      New freight order processing system is creating temporary service issues for customers which makes the work environment more stressful than necessary at times.

      Pros

      Schneider National does an excellent job with training. They also keep money in your pocket while your training. I enjoyed driving for Schneider National

      Cons

      Schneider National could have paid more attention to the fact that I was a new driver and tried to send me on easier trips first then ease me in the the routes ment for more experienced drivers. Getting through to the DM was a nightmare.

      Good plave to start in logistics Good parent company when it comes to size and extra stuff Good office equipment

      Cons

      Loss of good people and automotive account. Poor leaders still stay and try to win over long term workers. Worried of unions and what it would do to the company. Bad leadership. People are promoted based on what they look like or who they know. Outside or new workers never have a chance to move up. Lots of side office meetings that really don't need to happen. Force others to pick up when leaders leave the floor. Stinks in the office No help from HR .
