Great people, Great Work Environment . Accounts get handed to if you stick around and don't quit.

Cons

Some Ops Managers sucks, They give you unattainable goals for commission, It takes forever to make good commission unless you get lucky and call the right spot. Base salary should be higher 35k blows.

Easily some of the most technically gifted people you'll ever work with. The opportunity to work with a wide variety of software products.

Cons

Self-induced hysteria by Directors and VPs. Horrible work/life balance. Unattainable goals and deadlines, if you're not 100% you're a failure. Company values are slogans, what you'll really see is racism and sexism.
