Pros

Schedule is really all I can think of since you have summers off (unpaid) but if you don't have kids it really doesn't make sense.

Cons

Management is unprofessional and unhelpful. They are fair weather fans of the business and only supportive when things are going well (which they are not). Competition is rolling in and they have no plan to support their employees through it.

Pros

- Good work-life balance - Ability to work from home - Generally nice, friendly people - Good brand, good mission - Relatively decent pay, with an effort to increase the Associates' pay up to market value.

Cons

- Not a good environment for entry-level employees. May just be my personal experience, but some of the more senior members on the team are scared for their jobs and are not willing to teach you, or leave out just enough information to keep you at entry level and not progress. - Team politics - Significant layoffs and people leaving earlier this year in STS - Silo-ed departments and teams - Training is non-existent - CTO micromanages teams

Pros

co workers in my department, benefits

Cons

Everything else. Management doesn't treat you like an adult, or let you do any creative thinking whatsoever. Need to follow a script word for word, and if you even so much as look as a neighbor, you get reprehended for talking and not working. A worker who made their yearly goal was not given a yearly raise because they had a few bad months in that year. Higher management held meetings claiming that they cared, but consistently would not return or even read my emails to them.
