Two days off per week, convenient location

Terrible workload balance, too much work for too small of a crew. Very taxing, physically. 1 call-out can affect the work flow for the rest of the week due to lack of backup. Very tight scheduling. Repetitive mundane work. Pay rate does not reflect the work. Certified Forklift operators work at the same pay rate as non-Certified warehouse workers and are expected to fulfill the duties of all positions while still doing their forklift duties.
