Pros
The people and the mission of the company. It is a worthwhile experience to work for a company whose mission it is to establish and promote dhildren's literacy. It is also impressive to work for a company who is so very recognized throughout the country and throughout the world for this purpose.
Cons
Becoming stagnant in current position and getting recognized and given an opportunity to move forward within a career. Also, medical benefits have deteriorated during the last several years.
