Pros

• Some ability to promote reading opportunities for children in under-resourced areas • Discounts on books

Cons

•Lack of market knowledge from poor leadership •Sales pressure that pushes schools to run more book fairs rather than quality book fairs. •Lack of diverse reading material •Travel that requires sharing a room with a random coworker (very uncomfortable) • The human resources department is very biased and unhelpful; their only interest appears to be protecting management. •Micromanagement rather than coaching •Constant management turnover resulting in similar and or less qualified leaders •Corporate goals do not align with field directives.
