Pros

This is a fun company to work for especially if you like to books. Coworkers are good, good benefits, lots of extras (like free books!), employee events, etc. I have a great mgr who thanks me for my work, tells the executive management team when I go above and beyond on a project, and supports & encourages me to take professional development classes.

Cons

Almost everyone who works here is very creative and/or works hard. If you do not work hard, you will not stand out in this company because there are many overachievers here. I'm sure there are some jobs where you can coast here but not if you want to be successful at this company.

Pros

If you are new and young technology person and hired for low pay it's a good place to learn. I recommend to hang around for about 2 years though. Head out and work for a more mature IT company to learn how things should be done.

Cons

They have problems keeping their most experienced and knowledgeable employees. Once they are gone each department starts to struggle. Some are laid off for no reason and others just leave because they are unhappy.
