Pros

I am proud of my companies mission. Every day is a little different, I am always challenging myself and learning new things.

Cons

I would like to see more opportunities for advancement. Also, higher compensation for leads, as we are closer to assistant management.

Pros

hours and co-workers. the books!

Cons

It's cut this, cut that..Payroll budget is so limited to make doing the job next to impossible. Cutting the second shift in smaller branches is the worst decision ever. I honestly think they train branch managers to never come out of their offices. Scholastic is the Wal-Mart of the book industry with their hiring and scheduling practices.

Pros

Big international publishing name. That's all.

Cons

Lack of process and procedures. Poor strategic management view. Many empty castles in the air built. Unachievable targets.
