Pros

I have the opportunity to work with Educational Leaders and dedicated Parent Volunteers throughout the Southeast in planning meaningful and profitable Book Fair Events. I work with a team of committed Consultants and Sales Managers who all have the same goal.

Cons

This is a seasonal job for about 10 months. We work with mostly public and private schools. Book Fairs are not scheduled during Holidays, Summer Vacations or testing which means there is no incoming revenue and no commission. Sales Consultants are typically laid-off during the summer.

Pros

Good pay, benefits and training. Management willing to help. Great job for experienced inside sales professionals who can handle high pressure and muli-tasking. Summers off a plus.

Cons

Micromanaged, high pressure sales- if new to sales- may be intimidating.
