Pros

The environment is incredible - work-life balance, creativity, open environment for ideas, friendly, etc. It's worth considering a job here over other mainstream places because they really respect their employees and the hours are great. The rooftop is a nice touch too.

Cons

There really is not a con I can think of.

Pros

Great vacation policy, and good work environment. Good causes and passionate company.

Cons

Dysfunctional management, too many schizophrenic projects at once, with little unity and direction. Too many consultants without proper rules to manage them - costly mistakes are allowed to continue. Compensation is lower than average.
