Pros

Working times are flexible, but not in all positions... but there are no other pros... I guess if you are trying to just get something on your resume this is where you may want to start.

Cons

Terrible management, no growth, no opportunities. Very dysfunctional. When I interviewed with the company I was told that there is a lot of room for growth, but that is not the case. A lot of promises before you get into the company, and then there is nothing. Not just at the Fenton location, but at all other locations as well. All of corporate is a mess.
