Pros

Exposure to the best of children's literature. Quite enjoyable working with media specialist's and librarian's at the K-8 level. Excellent benefits package.

Cons

Senior Management overall more competent / exhibited value and respect of employee's much more so than Regional Management. Pervasive issues in lack of trust and lack of respect among Regional Management towards staff across all levels.
