Pros

Despite 100-year history and 10,000 employees, feels like a family business in good ways and bad. Remains mission-driven with genuine commitment to serving kids, teachers and families.

Cons

Near constant reorganizing, in-fighting and politics. Low to mid-level employees work really hard with little room for growth while many upper management folks are busy with self-promotion
