Pros

There is nothing positive to say.

Cons

Managers are consistently inflating complaints, times late and can not be trusted on any level. - If you request time off 2 months in advance, it will be "forgotten" days before the day arrives and no one remembers. Just nothing short of a criminal organization. - Perpetually provides false info to the Employment Security Commission to gain control over employees.

Pros

make your own schedule, work from home.

Cons

super low pay. after 3 years and top marks on annual reviews received a grand total of .75 cents in pay. That is .25cents per year. if you get the wrong manager like with any job can be difficult. I had some good and some bad. A different one every year no less.
