Pros

Generous vacation & sick leave policy, casual dress code

Cons

Low salaries compared with industry standard, refusal to promote, micromanaging, out of touch with the way business is moving, a lot of work and dedication expected in return for no appreciation

Pros

There are no pros for a multimillion dollar company that thinks there should not be training pay for new employees.

Cons

The company wants new reps to train months for no pay. They want a full time commitment without granting any pay while training for the position. This should be illegal. It is unethical to ask someone to devote that much time without being compensated. There should be some compensation.
