My position was completely separate from interacts with customers which was nice. There were a lot more pro's before the acquisition.

Cons

The roadmap to success is not achieved by cheap work but by quality employees who will leave if taken for granted.

There are no pros for a multimillion dollar company that thinks there should not be training pay for new employees.

Cons

The company wants new reps to train months for no pay. They want a full time commitment without granting any pay while training for the position. This should be illegal. It is unethical to ask someone to devote that much time without being compensated. There should be some compensation.
