Pros

The people are generally very nice and do not seem to have that "hardened" NYC mentality.

Cons

The company/culture is a little sleepy. Upper management is not strong -- they don't know (or care) what needs to be done to make their business successful.

Pros

Make your own schedule, summer's off, do something positive. Benefits are decent. If you love books, it's a good place to work. I'm hard pressed to think of positive things to say

Cons

summer's off means no pay, at all, management is terrible, no oversight, tons of nepotism. Training is limited, They pile new stuff on all the time, but never take anything away. Constant yelling, maybe if you have a different boss,it's not so bad.
