Not the same company

Pros

Work from home is a benefit

Cons

Not the same company as when Mr. Robinson was at the helm. No investment in employees, pay is subpar, gaslighted by management and increasing workload annually with pay raises that don’t pace inflation and unattainable goals for bonuses. Meanwhile, the president of book fairs pulling in $1M/year and management getting promotions and I’m sure substantial pay increases. No one is sacrificing for the mission except the lowest paid employees.
