Great benefits. Several perks/gifts throughout the year. Most of staff is friendly and willing to help each other.

Cons

Should have double the amount of employees based on workload. Pay grade should be a little higher/better.

Great environment to work in with lots of opportunities to advance with the company. Also provides excellent benefits. They also have done an amazing job of creating a strong focus on providing service to its Members.

Cons

For my position with the company there are no cons. I have the ability to manage my own calendar and to make the best of each day.

Pros

Schools first federal credit union is one of the best places to work in California. They truly believe that their Members or the customer comes first. There isn't another financial institution like them. They pay their team well and they take good care of them.

Cons

Honestly, I don't have much to say that is negative about the company. It is always challenging for a smaller to midsize company to grow as there are always growing pains. However, with the goal focused on providing excellent service to its customer base, the right strategies surface and challenges work themselves out.
