The Benefits were pretty decent and they matched you on the 401k.

Cons

Your co-workers are nosey. Management needs to be retrained & monitored the same way their employees are and can be unfair/ not equal.

Pros

-Benefits are fully covered nothing taken from your pay check -I was hired as a contractor and someone in my department quit so they hired me full time right away -Everyone is very nice at this company -They have something called the pulse where you can write good compliments about other employees like an internal facebook all positive -Seems like people stay here a long time -Once you worked here a fee years you can apply to permantley work from home and they pay for your home wifi -Company is very diverse -My first week I had a lunch meeting with a VP of my department never had that at any other company

Cons

-I wish they had a cafeteria in there Tustin offices -They are building a brand new headquarters hopefully it has a cafeteria so employees don't have to leave for lunch
