Pros

Top notch people with positive attitudes will put a smile on your face when you walk in the door. The culture is amazing and the credit union really helps people financially every day. It feels great to work for a company that gives back to the community.

Cons

Company does not necessarily promote and develop team members from within. Sometimes random individuals with little experience or fluffy resumes land positions others have sacrificed long hours to obtain, to no avail. It's as obvious as an elephant in the room and suffocates moral.

Pros

The benefits package at the credit union is probably one of the most competitive around. Most of the management staff is top-notch. The employees are dedicated to Members and the organization beyond belief, which is absolutely amazing.

Cons

There are a few managers who belittle their staff, to such a degree, it's mind boggling. The fact the upper management tolerates such behavior, is disappointing to say the least.

Pros

Benefits Nice people Cafeteria at Tustin HQ

Cons

Micromanaging to the extreme. False sense of urgency for everything but then your projects get cancelled, changed or delayed. Management has gone to one too many leadership summits and thinks they are a Forbes100 but the actual back end systems and operations are stuck in the 90s. Not much room to move up. Little to no schedule flexibility. Specific to Marketing - VP is obsessed with the sound of his own voice and his opinion or that of the manger above him are the only ones that matter.
