Great benefits, Member focused, great rates for Members, great company values, CEO has great intentions along with senior leadership

Cons

Lack of support from management and upper management. CU culture does not reflect in new management, pay is not competative, concerns were not addressed regarding unreasonable work environment, obvious favoritism, manager created a hostile work environment

call center role, so not much to be said there. Either you can deal with it or you can’t. The benefits are great and the pay is solid. A good job if you are looking for consistency.

Cons

High call volume. Lots of manager oversight and micromanaging.

Cons

When Rudy was CEO this place really felt like a great company and management rewally cared about their employees. Now, it's just like any other greedy company, but now management has started micro managing employees. Forcing them to leave and find other companies to work for.
