      Great culture, department are cooperative, leadership and senior leadership team's door is open to everyone, your voice is heard,

      as it's conservative from a cost standpoint, you get to be in charge of too many things, and salaries are not compatible with the market, it's close but it can be better.

      Health Benefits, close to home, that's all I got.

      When Rudy was CEO this place really felt like a great company and management rewally cared about their employees. Now, it's just like any other greedy company, but now management has started micro managing employees. Forcing them to leave and find other companies to work for.

      SchoolsFirst is a tremendous organization to work for. We have a sense of purpose to improve the financial lives of our Members and are empowered by the organization to do this. There are endless training and development opportunities afforded to teammembers regardless of where you are in the organization or your tenure. With being a growing organization, there are also promotion opportunities for those who perform and align with our service values. Throughout my tenure, I have felt well cared for and believe that I have a voice to make the organization better.
