Toxic cult-like nightmare – run far away

Business Outlook

Pros

• Benefits are okay, but not worth your sanity. • A few coworkers are decent people just trying to survive.

Cons

This place is a straight-up cult. The DEI obsession is insane. Endless emails, speeches, forced clapping sessions — everyone stands up and pretends to agree or you’re punished. It’s brainwashing, drink-the-Kool-Aid level toxic. • Training is a complete joke. They ask for your feedback just to twist it against you later. Nothing is ever clear, everything is vague, and the “support” is nonexistent. • Micromanagement here is off the charts. They literally monitor your bathroom breaks, posture (“slouching”), and every tiny move like you’re in prison. It’s a cage and you’re treated like property, not a person. • Outdated systems that belong in a museum. Symitar is glitchy and worthless, the TCR machines are broken half the time, and they just throw you in with no real training. • Management is silent and useless. Zero communication, zero engagement, zero leadership. They don’t care about you, only about protecting their fake “perfect culture” image. • It’s worse than the military. At least in the military you know what the rules are. Here it’s false hope, fake smiles, and glitter over rot. • You’re underpaid, there’s no commission, no incentive, and no encouragement to be yourself. Step out of line even a little and you’re gone. No notice, no explanation — just “at will” and goodbye.
