Great Benefits. Try to care about employee wellbeing. Business Hours No work on Sundays Decent Pay Lots of opportunity for growth

Cons

So difficult to get days off. Busy work environment. Double Standards. Members treat us bad sometimes and Organization does nothing about it. Rarely close peoples accounts. Really high expectations Not the best pay for all we do. Work Saturdays. Branches do not work from home. Hard to get appointments off.
