Cons

Managers have way to much power. They put team Members in corners work them to death and always gossiping about team members or their peers.

The credit union offers amazing benefits package. Nice co workers and management team.

Cons

Constantly busy and high stressful environment. Pay does not cover the amount of work and stress. So much is expected out of you but I do not feel valued as an employee. Pay should be higher.
