      Pros

      Fully paid medical, vision & dental benefits for myself and family. 100% 401K match up to 6%. Great atmosphere which really embodies a "One Team" spirit. Co-Workers are friendly This company really makes an effort to support it's teammembers on a personal and professional level. This company gives back to its teammembers and community

      Cons

      Company growth, although is great, can move a little faster than can be supported. Management can tend to have their own agenda and do not always take teammember feedback. Recognition is not given to those in a back office position as often as those in a Member facing position. Being a credit union, the pay seems to be a little lower than a comparable position with other organizations in a non-financial sector.
