There aren't that many opportunities for growth in back-office positions. - fully paid benefits (medical, dental, vision) - thanksgiving bonus of $50-250 and Christmas bonus of $200 - Positive Team environment - Cafe onsite at Tustin location - 10-70 cent hourly raise each year based on preformance

- Not a lot of opportunities for growth in back-office positions - Rarely approve WFH/Hybrid positions - PTO must be requested in advance at the beginning of each year by seniority. - No Covid Pay - Back office is too low of pay for the work we do - Required to work until 7:15pm which leads to lower quality of life
