Pros

if you want the best experience working at SchoolsFirst, apply to be a Branch team member. There aren't that many opportunities for growth in back-office positions. - fully paid benefits (medical, dental, vision) - thanksgiving bonus of $50-250 and Christmas bonus of $200 - Positive Team environment - Cafe onsite at Tustin location - 10-70 cent hourly raise each year based on preformance

Cons

- Not a lot of opportunities for growth in back-office positions - Rarely approve WFH/Hybrid positions - PTO must be requested in advance at the beginning of each year by seniority. - No Covid Pay - Back office is too low of pay for the work we do - Required to work until 7:15pm which leads to lower quality of life

Pros

Love my surrounding team! Everyone is helpful and really works together to get things done. The credit unionis big on member service.

Cons

My only complaint is the low opportunity to advance. They claim to be big on internal hiring but don't give us the time to even interview. Many promises are made when you first start that are not true to my experience or others in my team.
