Pros

Everyone here is genuinely nice. The company recruits people based on character and thus you end up with a lot of people who are good to their co-workers and their customers.

Cons

This really is a great place to work. The only con might be that salaries aren't as competitive as other banks, but that's likely because it is a credit union and not a private company with shareholders.

Paid benefits, 401k match, hours worked

Cons

No additional incentives, a lot of duties not pertaining your position, it can take a long time to get full time
